2. Intellectual Property

All platform source code, graphics, branding, and proprietary algorithms (including the Shop Valuation AI and Profit Assistant) are the exclusive property of Edove. Unauthorized replication is strictly prohibited.

3. Consumer Protection

We provide independent escrow protection for B2B inter-store trading when active, holding merchant funds securely until buyer stores confirm successful physical receipt of wholesale inventory shipments.
